Titanium anodes for hydrogen rich water machines (cups), precious metal electroplating, sewage treatment, and cathodic protection.
Manufacturing process:
1) Pretreatment: Select appropriate materials, cut, weld, anneal, clean, and acid etch accordingly
2) Precious metal preparation: can be prepared according to the customer's application massage ratio
3) Brushing: Apply 12 to 15 times
4) Oxidative thermal decomposition
Matrix: TA1 TA2 pure titanium mesh
Surface treatment: Platinum will be coated

(1) The anode size is stable, and the distance between electrodes does not change during the electrolysis process, which can ensure that the electrolysis operation is carried out under stable cell voltage conditions;
(2) Low working voltage, low power consumption, DC power consumption can be reduced by 10% -20%;
(3) Anodes have strong corrosion resistance and long working life. They can be used for 6 years in the chlor alkali industry, while graphite anodes only last 8 months;

(6) The profile is easy to process and can produce high-precision products;
(7) The base metal titanium is insoluble and can be reused after recoating, reducing the cost of electrode use
